
Are rollerblading and biking good cardio workouts for reducing body fat and abling stomach muscles to show?
Before i start i wanted to know if biking and rollerblading are good ways to reduce body fat and if so how much of it should i do?
Anything that raises your heart rate and burns calories will help you reduce weight but the weight will come off whereever the body wants it to.
With either of them, you want to push it enough that you rais your heart rate. The rate of calories burned also increases as you increase your speed.
The chart below is for inline skating but the differences with speed will be similar with a bicycle.

Inline skating does a little more for your waist but if you are really interested in toneing your stomach, you want to add some excercises to work on that area.
