Exercise.
No junk food. :p Lots of fruit and veges and lean meat.
and at least 1 hour of exercise a day.
Exercise is more fun with music and a dog though.
For breakfast cereals in NZ we have weetbix which is just a wheat and bran type stuff. I lose heaps of weight without exercise or eating healthy, so I'm not much help
