
What should i do to lose fat weight?
Hey everyone. I was wondering what type of things should i be doing to lose fat weight? what workouts, and what foods to eat (examples of meals throughout the day so i know what type of food to eat when).
On glass of water every hour for the day. Make sure it is 8 glasses.
When you eat your meal, exempt sweet beverages, drink water.
Have three square meals for the day; no snack between..
Breakfast, lunch at 1:30 and when you reach home, in the later evening sandwich and tea. No grease or full belly to go to bed. And, most definitely EXERCISE.
