
How do i lose weight easily without surgery or spending alot since i'm on a tight budget?
Hi, I'm 13, 5'1 and i'm 129 pounds! i reaally wanna dropp these pounds to at least 100. I wiling to dedicate myself to it. i'm open to suggestions. Please help. i want a new outlook instead of a fat one. THX
Go outside and run a mile every day. You might not drop to 100 exactly, but you'll get to a healthy weight. If you feel like you can run more than that, run more. If you can't quite manage a mile, go as much as you can, and just be sure to push yourself-soon it'll seem impossibly easy.
Also, 5'1" is not overweight, it's a healthy weight, if only a little bit on the heavy side. But running is good for you, and eating fruits and veggies and cutting back on sweets is equally healthy (even, dare I say, better for you) so if you want to drop some weight, just be sure you do it for the right reasons and don't mess yourself up or get obsessed with the number on the scale. You might like how you look after you lose ten or fifteen pounds, or even less. Don't get fixated on the number 100, just focus on getting to a weight/body shape where you feel happy.
