lose weight small meals
will i lose weight eating one small meal a day and swimming 2- to 4 hours daily

Hey im 5 feet 3 inches and im 134.6 pounds i really want to lose weight
i just dont feel like i am. i would like to know how many pounds i can lose in a week from following the one meal a day and swimming for 2-4hours daily routine

I wouldn't suggest doing that... eating one small meal a day is very unhealthy. It is true that you will lose wieght initailly but your body will sense you starving it and it will actually become better at storing fat to survive rather then burning it so when you go back to eating normally you will gain more fat then before. swimming is a great excersize but doing any cardio excersize for an extended period of time begins to burn muscle instead of fat. I would tell you to eat a small meal every 2-3 hours and keep your cardio to an hour at a time max... there is no quick fix to wieght lose to you have to go about it the right way in order to stay healthy. Eat small healthy portions often and you should lose wieght gradually and be able to keep it off more successfully
