How much weight can a person lose in 4 months?

About how much weight can a person realistically lose in 4 month in a healthy way. I know it's not good to lose too much too soon.
And what are some ways to do it other than the excercising, healthy eating & active water drinking.

Do vitamins help?

It depends on how much fat a person has to lose. Fatter people can lose a lot more than someone who only has to lose 10lbs. A good rule of thumb for healthy fat loss is 2lbs per week. (unless you are obese, then you can lose way more)

vitamins will not help fat loss. Losing fat effectively is 3 fold:

proper amounts of macronutrients (protein/fats/carbs)
proper type of cardio (low intensity)
lifting weights (to maintain your muscle to ensure only fat is lost)

Also, remember, "Eating healthy" and "eating to lose fat" are not the same.

I can't give you precise recommendations since you didn't include your current bodyweight.
