How do I lose alot of belly fat in two weeks?
Well, I live on an Island, and many people visit the island & I met this boy awhile ago & we hooked up. haha. Well, he's coming back in two weeks, and i want to feel comfortable in a bathing suit around him..,
so how would i rit myself of a pot belly in those two weeks?
ha i love the way you talk lol....well its pretty simple....eat healthier and go on a jog in the morning and at night i would start out going as long as you can try to squeze in 4-8 miles a day and ull be in good shape fast
