i've lost weight, and i know theres more to lose, but i need more motivation and the more negative it is, the more it helps! so, please honestly tell me what you think so i can improve myself and be happier!
I'm a female, 5"6, 152lbs (bout 162cm, 69 kgs), late teens. Not athletic, but i walk hills all the time (still flabby though, not toned).
distributed mainly around boobs (bowling ball-esque), bum and thighs but theres definately a fair bit lingering around the belly too.
so yeah, fat jokes, negative comments, anything that will motivate me to keep going will be appreciated!
