Is it safe to take any of the above? (I have heard that the natural production of testosterone might stop one I discontinue the use of testo-boosters)
those test boosters are not powerful enough to stop you regular test. you'd need to take a mild roid for that to happen no foods, or supps are going to stop your natural test levels.
some of those seem to be good for test boosters but instead of taking just zinc get ZMA and take it before bed it'll be much better
try some foods to like brocolli was shown to raise test levels
